Workshop (Teaching) Terms and Conditions
Allocation of places
Places on my workshops are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once full payment is received.
Cancellations
If you cancel more than 14 days before the workshop, I will do my best to fill your spot or you can arrange for someone to attend in your place. If I can fill the spot, I will refund your payment minus a 10% administration fee. If the spot remains unfilled, please note I am unable to offer a refund.
For cancellations within 14 days of the workshop, or if you do not attend on the day, I am unable to offer a refund.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel the workshop, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date. Please note, I am not responsible for any additional costs, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
Accessibility
Willow weaving is a hands-on activity that requires good mobility, hand strength and finger dexterity. It is important that you assess your own physical condition before booking and attending the workshop. If you have any concerns or special requirements, feel free to contact me before booking.
My workshops are generally for adults, unless stated otherwise. However, I may be able to accommodate under 16s if they are accompanied by a responsible adult who is also participating in the workshop. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss this further.
